Clean and safe townhome in an HOA community (Parkway Station). bedrooms, bathrooms ( bath on main level). Primary bedroom (located over the garage) with private on-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo) and huge walk-in closet. The entire set of rooms are about 300 sq. ft total.

Street parking (in front of house).

I do have a mid-size dog. She is very friendly. She is house broken and does not destroy anything. I would NOT expect my roommate to take any responsibility for my dog.

Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, schools, Lake Allatoona, Etowah River, Red Top Mountain, and I-. Features include granite countertops in the kitchen, LVP flooring on the main level and in the bathrooms, stainless steel appliances.

I am a friendly professional, in my early forty’s. I am a non-smoker, quite, clean and respectful. I tend to wake up around 8am on weekdays and I’m in bed around 9pm. I currently work from home as a graphic designer. I like to keep the temperature: Days: Spring/summer 72-74, Winter/Early Spring days - 66-68. Nights: Spring/summer 70-72, Winter/Early Spring 66-68. I have a mid-size dog (about 47 lbs). She is very friendly, house trained, does not destroy anything or have accidents in the house. I don’t have a TV on the main level, but there is a smart TV in the room that I’m renting out. I have AT&T fiber internet with wifi. I am happy to provide a background check, and I will require a background check from the renter.
