This 3br2ba apartment I am about to lease (7-12 month lease) has affordable rent- $580 per month when split. I am looking to fill it up with two roommates to split the rent. So, this listing is for TWO rooms. The apartment is renovated, close to St. John’s river (breeze), and laundry is in-unit. The area is quiet but close to both downtown (around 10 minutes) and the beach (around 30 minutes).
About the roomies
I am an Americorps City Year Jacksonville member starting service soon, where I will essentially be an assistant teacher at an underfunded school in the area. I clean as I go, and am a real fun roommate to have.
