Megan's room

Hi everyone! I am looking for a roommate to sign a year lease with me in Franklin, TN. The rent would be $775.50 + utilities that we would split. My current roommate is moving out and in order to renew the lease I would need confirmation by July 13th since the complex requires 60 days notice. You’d be able to move in on September 12th.

You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, a walk-in closet, and 9 foot tall ceilings. The room comfortably fits a queen size bed, two nightstands, and a large dresser. The unit has in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a balcony. The view from the balcony is lovely and we have decent privacy from the neighbors. This is a gated community with a 2 acre dog park and close walking trails. The clubhouse includes a pool, a gym, and other amenities. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me!

I am an easy-going person who enjoys watching movies, reading books, creating art, and listening to music. I go to sleep around 10pm most nights and I am usually awake before 9am. I prefer to keep the apartment pretty cold so hopefully you do too!
