Elizabeth's room

I have a private bedroom with a private bath (ensuite - means only you have access to bathroom from inside your room) available to rent in my townhome. I will be living in the master bedroom. Only need to split PG&E (all other utilities and wifi included in rent). Room has a large 2 sliding door closet with shelving. Room itself is 11x11 and closet is another 11’ x 2’. It has new carpets, paint, bathroom is clean and all fixtures/shower head, and toilet has been replaced last month. I have a large kitchen, living space, and washer dryer inside unit to share. There is central heating and I have provided a ceiling fan and portable AC unit in the bedroom. Room is unfurnished (photos just show staging). I do have an extra night stand and queen size bed frame available for use.

My home is in south San Jose within 5 minutes of highway 101 and highway 85. Grocery store and mall also just 5 minutes away. Downtown is about 10 to 15 minutes away. You will have your own parking space right in front of unit and access to the pool and jacuzzi. There is also a cute park just in front of our community. Pretty safe and quiet neighborhood and plenty of wide bike lanes. I always see plenty of dog walkers, families taking children to park, and bikers/runners throughout the area. No smoking or vaping. Single occupancy only. May consider 1 cat (no other pets sorry since I have one pup) with a pet deposit.

I am a 32 yrs old and own the townhome. I have a 1.5 year old pup that is very friendly and loving. I’m an engineer by day and work from home 2-3 a week. In my spare time, I like to bake, hang out with my friends and family that live nearby, go on dog walks and to dog parks, play soccer and hit up bootcamp classes most mornings since I’m an early bird. I’m also very clean, quiet, and respectful and would appreciate a roommate who is the same and responsible.
