Renting one of the two bedrooms in my apartment comes with a fully furnished living room as well as a kitchen with most appliances, within walking distance of a river trail. The price includes all utilities and internet, reserved parking for $30 more from the apartment.

Im 24M with a dog(Jack Russell) and cat, both of which love people. I am laid back mostly just play video games and stay in my room most of the day anyways, make the living room/kitchen whatever you want of it as well. I have no problem with sound and generally keep to myself for the most part!
