We’re renting a private room upstair it is carpet with a private bathroom.

We’re looking for someone that’s very clean and Who’s also responsible and neat.

We prefer someone that does not have any furnitures as we have furnitures already, but if you do have furnitures we can arrange.

No pets allowed.

Please no eating upstairs as it’s carpeted.

Rent: $1200 month. One person $1200 Security deposit $700 Month to month lease for now. Amenities: Utilities everything included Wifi Laundry in-unit.

Please also respect my rules and house quiet time 10pm no cooking downstairs as we also have a tenant living downstairs.

No parties.

Location: We’re next to a lot of good restaurants. Shopping center. Movie theatre. Gym. Park. Grocery market. 5-10 min drive.

We have everything here basically walking distant if you don’t feel like driving. But park and grocery market hmart 99 ranch strater joes 5-10 min drive. Gym: 24 hour fitness la fitness crunch planet fitness 10-15 mins drive.

Artesia Cerritos is in the central between LA and Orange County 30-40 mins drive to your destination.

We also got great parks here liberty park, heritage park.

Lakewood Long Beach is down the street from us 605 freeway.

We’re looking for working people only at this moment we’re not looking for students.
