Hello!! Room available in Tumalo for $700
We are looking for someone who is clean, lowkey and doesn’t have drama or a ton of people in and out as our neighborhood is fairly quiet and we want to be respectful of that. The house is newer as well and we want to keep it nice and clean, if you’re between the ages of 19-23 that’d be preferred as we are all in that age range as well.
We are open to couples! No additional 🐩 or 🐈⬛ (sorry :( ) Move in: ASAP to December 31st,2022 Rent: $700+ utilities each month Deposit would be first & last as well as a 500 non refundable deposit.

About the roomies
Little about us!
3 people currently live there, 2 guys and me and a kitten (who is 100% friendly and demand attention most days). We are all between 19-22 and work 5/6 days a week and are lowkey. We rarely have people over and aren’t partiers or crazy loud. When we are home, the boys game and I usually tuck away in my room.
Ela is the kitten, she is the only pet allowed on the lease so we are not looking to add another into the household. She is a calmer kitten and craves all the attention.
