I have a one family 3 bedroom house, I am looking for a responsible adult whom is financially responsible, employed, clean, but also friendly to rent my 3rd furnished bedroom. I have one furnished bedroom that’s currently available for rent available as of September 1st. Bedroom has a walk in closet, carpeted, cozy feeling and enough space in it ( see pictures) Tenant is responsible for doing laundry outside the property which there is a close by laundromat which is a few blocks from the house, there’s a park by the house where you can either exercise or get your walk in the AM or PM. There’s many stores near by, restaurants and highway 84 on both directions including route 8. Tenant able to sit by back deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee/Tea and listen to the many different types of birds (back deck is very peaceful ) there’s 1 full bathroom on the main level (downstairs) with a shower which is shared by another tenant and the home owner. Tenant is responsible for cleaning up after themselves, dishes, pots or anything used in the kitchen and bathroom after each use (which is shared)should be cleaned and put away promptly after you use any shared room items. there’s security cameras inside and outside the home including basement and garage for all our safety as well as secured by ADT if you want to live in a one family house with a humble home setting then we are the right room mates for you. I love Halloween 🎃 and so you will find many decorations outside the property. A little about me ! I am a nice person, I love to chill, relax, read books, cook on the grill weather permitting, watch movies on the projector in the back yard with a nice fire 🔥 especially in the fall weather or in the living room, gardening or just keep to myself. If you’re looking to enjoy something similar to us in the home please contact me. Internet is included in the rental agreement price monthly if tenant wishes to use my WiFi . Tenant is able to use Roku TV if desired which there’s a TV and Roku in the bedroom set up already (will be reset for new tenant). During summer months tenant can put a window unit AC on window of course using discretion to turn off before leaving for the day (while away from the home) This bedroom has 2 windows side by side a sky light (to watch the moon or stars at night) and is a bright room with a new ceiling fan, freshly painted 7/28/23 new window treatments, new curtains, and washed /steamed carpet. You will definitely get your rest in here since this bedroom faces the side of the house that’s quite and serene.

I am the home owner and I am a very chill and humble person, I work in the medical field, and most days I am at work, there’s a cat named “Beamer” male can be friendly and very talkative. There’s another established tenant whom is very friendly and kind. I like to enjoy the garden for the summer, fires in the back yard during the fall and cook outside on the grill. We are very chill and laid back people. Non cigarette smoking preferred online application is available for serious applicants.
