North Alta Loma 1/2 acre property with pool. Extra large 300+ sq ft partially furnished Master bedroom (bed, nightstands, lamps, desk and chair) with ensuite for ONE person only. Not looking to share our entire home as we value our privacy and hope you do as well. Full use of Laundry facilities and renter is welcome to use the pool, but no guests anywhere on premises permitted. We prefer someone that does not cook a lot and would only need to use our kitchen microwave to heat up food. Also prefer a tenant that does not work from home. Month to month signed rental agreement, but looking for someone who plans on staying at least a year. Internet provided. Rent is $900 a month. First and last + $400 security deposit.

NO illegal drugs and NO smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on property. Owners have two dogs but renter will not be allowed any pets (only legitimate registered service animals would be considered). Must provide proof of employment, and full background and credit checks will be required at prospective renters expense.

Home is occupied by married couple. Prospective renter will be the only renter in the home.
