Looking for a roommate starting August/September. 2 bed 1 bath, 1 bedroom available: lease through June 2023. Hardwood floors, carpet in bedrooms, patio, renovated kitchen with new appliances, pool, off-street parking, gym, and on-site laundry. Prices around $720 a month plus utilities. One pet in the unit is a dwarf hamster. NO CATS as I am extremely allergic. Dogs are negotiable and dependent on size/breed.

I am going into my last year as an undergraduate student visual arts major at CSU. I enjoy spending time outdoors: hiking, walking, hammocking, etc. I stay very busy between school and work so not home much during the day. I am a rather low-key person, so someone who is not loud and doesn’t have people over 24/7 is preferred. The unit is at Village Garden Apartments in Fort Collins.
