This house is a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath (I have the half in master bedroom) full access house, kitchen has everything, covered patio, attached garage, smoking outside.

I’m tidy, a cook and a baker. I’m quiet, simple, private, ha-halarious, sarcastic, adorable, and laid back. Respect is a 2way street, and I hate liars. I like fire pits so I dug one in the yard because who doesn’t like a firepit? I’m an international business English teacher and my first class is at 0230. Naturally there’s high speed internet. My best roomie will have a full time job, or be a long haul truck driver, or a business traveler. I expect cleanliness, privacy and mutual respect for each other. I have an indoor/outdoor black cat who decided to choose me to be his hooman. Anything else, you’re going to have to ask.
