Hello, I will have an available furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4 bed 4.5 bath single family house located in Irvine (Orchard Hills). The community is new, quite and there is a marketplace 10 mins away from the community. The rent is $1700 including utilities and Wi-Fi. The room is on the first floor and has a separate entrance from garage. The washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor of the house. This is a gated, private, luxury community with pool, basketball court, volleyball court. The contract can be renewed if everything works out well.

Total people in the house will be 4 including me, my mom and other girl from UCI.
