All utilities included, including a washer and dryer. The room has been repainted since this picture. Month to month lease, $450 a month with a $450 deposit.(if u dont have full deposit, that can be negotiated). Located across from the downs off of Louisiana NE.
About the roomies
All roommates are male, but they have had female roommates in the past and all the males are respectful of them. This home used to be ran as a sober living house and even though it’s not anymore some of the tenants still remain, therefore there is no drugs or alcohol permitted on the property. There are 3 older gentlemen living in the house.
