San Remo

Looking for a long term roomie for around 10-12 months. San Remo Villas Apartment Homes in Irvine close to UCI, The Spectrum, The District and many other shopping centers. Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment so you will have your own bed and bath. Rent will be $1200 plus utilities and safety deposit of $350. The Apartment is furnished, your bathroom and room are semi furnished but you are welcome to bring any furniture and belongings you would like to keep in your space (furnished room with dresser and bed is option for an additional $25 per month). We have subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Spotify, and Amazon Prime on the living room tv. You will get one parking pass. Caged animals are welcome. Neighborhood 2 pools with spas and 2 laundry rooms and an office with computers and a printer. If you have any social media please include it along with your name in the message.
