Walking distance from a couple bus stops, a park, and Winco! Included in the complex is a gym, jacuzzi, basketball court, and dog park. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath apartment, 878 sq ft, and on the bottom floor (easy move in). $200 security deposit. EWEB is usually around $60-70 monthly. Will need to sign the lease, go through a background check, and provide proof of income/employment. Preferably no pets unless they are ESA or Service animals because the apartment has a pet limit! Hi! I’m Maxine (legal name Sarah). I live here with my current roommate who will be moving out when the lease is up in September. I’m 25, weed friendly, a little witchy, part of the LGBTQ+ Community, in school, and work full time. I have a Yorkie who is an ESA and 2 cats. I like to keep the place clean. I enjoy hiking and hanging out with friends (not usually at the apartment). I work early AM shifts and I get up at 2:30am, so if you work later shifts chances are we’ll rarely see each other.
