The house is located on a ten acre plot of land with view of a pond. It is a bi-level house. The tenant will be renting the bottom floor of the house, which includes private half bath as well as shared access to washer and dryer. The full bath is located upstairs and is also shared. The bottom floor can come with or without furnishings. Looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful roommate. No smoking, no drugs or alcohol, and no pets. No guests. Tenant will need to provide a previous rental reference and provide proof of employment.

I am a 63 year old retired male. I stay busy with work around the property. I garden and have three outside cats.
