Our quaint 3-bedroom house is on a safe, quiet street near 59th ave. & Peoria. There’s a huge orange tree in the backyard that gives us tons of fresh citrus every Spring and a hammock to lay out and relax. Huge, fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar (we’re big coffee fans). We’re pretty tidy, and keep the common spaces clean!
Your room is spacious with a large closet and brand new insulation to stay cool. Freshly painted with brand new blinds too!
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person, but there’s plenty of storage to go around. Not furnished, so bring your bed & dresser!
We’re just a few minute drive from Saguaro Ranch Park, Downtown Glendale, and all of the shopping you might need. Target, Walmart, & Fry’s are all 5-7 minutes away.

Hi, I’m Drew – nice to meet you! 👋 I’m 27 and I work remotely as a Systems & Database Manager!
When I’m not working, I’m usually traveling or spending time outdoors! My schedule is pretty flexible, so I try to get out and travel a few weekends a month.
I do have an indoor cat named Blue – she’s sweet and will give you lots of attention, but doesn’t like other animals. Applicants with animals will not be considered.
