Beethoven Street

Hello! I am subleasing my room with a private bath in a HUGE Mar Vista house. The unit is a 4 bed/4 bath and is in a building with 4 other units. I am subleasing the room from August 2-October 16.

It is a medium sized room at around 12“x14“. There’s more than enough space to fit my bed, desk, and dresser. It’s on the top floor of the home and has an incredible view of the Santa Monica Mountains facing west. The room has an en-suite bathroom. It’s on the small side but offers everything you need.

The unit features a full kitchen and a large common area with a flatscreen TV and several mini fridges. There is also a semi-private rooftop area with a fence between us and the neighbors.

You will be sharing the space with 3 men in the 20s and 30s. They are all pretty chill and two of them are LGBTQ. They are open to living with any gender. 420 friendly. The building doesn’t allow pets so we don’t have any.
