The house is in a great spot, close to CLU, Moorpark college, and Channel Islands university. It’s located in the heart of Santa Rosa Valley near hiking trails and tons of privacy. There is ample space for another dog in the house, large and dog friendly yard. The desk in the photos is optional and there is garage space if needed.
About the roomies
I’m a single mom with a 14 year old daughter that lives in the house half time. I have 2 amazing dogs and wouldn’t mind adding a 3rd to the house if you have any puppers. There is a doggy door to the backyard.
