I have a room for rent in the townhouse I’m renting. It’s a 1.5 bath, washer n dryer and a finished basement for storage

It will just be me and my corgi puppy I am a clean and responsible person, I’m open to you having over night guest and friends over I’m very chill and laid back! The room would be $600 monthy and split the PECO bill internet would be included in the rent as well. Also you’re more than welcome to use my kitchen stuff or whatever house hold items that you need as long as you pick up after yourself, I have a nice patio set that you can relax on it’s a pretty private and quite neighborhood and you would have your own parking space.
