This grand house in Southwest Bakersfield boast 3000+ sqft, with BBQ, Adult Sized Jenga, Mini Gym, Air Hockey Table, Adult Sized Connect Four, and then in the den, there are two giant 65+ inch TVs, with Playstation 4 and Apple TVs connected to them for your use. Oh and how could I almost forget about the 8 person jacuzzi in the backyard that has a professional cleaning/maintenance service once a week!

The place is epic!

We have maid service that comes to deep clean the common areas of the house TWICE every week. We have house supplies delivered by Amazon automatically and/or provided by the owner, so you never have to worry about who buys the next roll of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and stuff like that. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. The house also has super fast internet, you get an AppleTV box to connect to your tv in every room during your time here, and subscriptions to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and HBO NOW and again we have a jacuzzi that is professionally maintained and cleaned once a week as well. We know how to make living with housemates as cool and painless as possible.

There is plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway as well.

The house is right next to Greystone Park and not too far from Silver Creek Park with a public pool, lighted tennis courts, popular pickup basketball courts, and much more. Huge brand new shopping center nearby with Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and all kinds of restaurants. Tough to beat.

You’ll have a total of 7 cool housemates but of course you and them all have your own room with your own key, along with a personalized code to get into the house.

First and last month’s total rent moves you in. Base rent starting at $550! On top of rent, there is a $150 payment for shared house expenses, which include the housekeeping service twice a week throughout the common areas of the house, YoutubeTV with the AppleTV, high-speed internet, Netflix, Hulu, HBONow, Disney+, Showtime, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, all utilities, gardener and more. Making the TOTAL RENT $700 for EVERYTHING. For $150, you couldn’t even get just our tv services/internet package, so this money goes a long way here when we share expenses.

No more than one person to a room. Please don’t ask. And NO PETS although we have a friendly house dog(Chocolate Lab). No hard drugs, and no smoking INSIDE the house but you’re still free to smoke out in the beautiful backyard with all the nice patio furniture. We are 4/20 friendly if you were curious too.
