About the room
It’s a 920sqft, 2 bed/1 bath house on a ~5,000sqft lot w/ a single car detached garage, with additional space to park in the driveway (I park in the garage and rarely go anywhere except shopping). I am looking to rent the second (unfurnished) room, which is 11’x11.5’. The bathroom is shower only and will have to be shared.
