Sunny And Large Private Room – All Utilities Paid
Imagine being able to walk to the Torrance Civic Center for concerts, grab a bus on the corner, or go to the mall for shopping, restaurants, and movies five minutes away. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, with on-site parking. This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment. The half bath is connected to my bedroom, I will share the full bathroom only for bathing purposes, usually when you are not home. Kitchen, dining, and living areas are open to both of us. Wifi and utilities are included in the basic rent. About me, I’m a very active retired female who appreciates yoga, knitting, and daily walks. Tell me a little about yourself. The building includes an in-ground pool, a BBQ area, laundry facilities, a gym (currently Covid closed), and secure bike storage. This is a non-smoking building. No Pets. Single occupancy only.
