New Stonecastle Terrace

Hey everyone! Initially we had a friend that was going to move in with us but she got a great offer that cannot be passed. This leaves us to find a 3rd roommate for our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Stonecastle with a rather short window.

Stonecastle is a lovely, gated apartment complex location on Semoran and is minutes away from WinterPark! We are set to move in on Jul 27th 2022. We will be located on the 2nd floor in a 1,059 SQ apartment. We can discuss the base rent if you are interested as well as how we plan on splitting the utilities. The lease will be set for 1 year.

We already have most living area furniture so all you would need to worry about is furniture for your room!

My name is Jonathan and my girlfriend is named Sierra. I am 23 and she is 21. I currently work from home as an analyst. She is a current student at UCF and works at a local hospital.

We own a 30lb corgi, who is potty and crate trained, named Tycho and a 3 year old cat named Steve. We are looking to not add another pet but discussions could be in the air about a cat.

When we are home we love to cook together, watch TVs shows or just be lazy. Outside of that we like to explore Orlando and go to the beach (even though its an hour away). We both are very quiet and make sure that we keep our section of the area clean. We also rarely have guest over and go to bed around 11pm.
