Tabatha's room

Room is large with attached bathroom and good size closet. Separate entrance with gravel parking. Has queen bed and dresser, but can remove if necessary. Water, Electric, heat/air, internet included. Yard mowing is included with property and use of outside area at owners discretion. No animals allowed. This is a stand alone room with bathroom, no access to kitchen or laundry.

SWF who does not allow any form of drugs on property. Smoking outside only and must keep outside area tidy. Dogs and cats in owners portion, but will not be in renters area.
