Room available in historic Fairmount neighborhood walking distance from Magnolia St and 7 min drive from Near Southside. The house is a 1920’s duplex and the room is on the back northwest corner of the house. Room is 12’x13’ and is next to the shared bathroom. Laundry in unit! Rate includes rent as well as gas, electric, water, and wifi.

Prefer a female roommate, mid-20s to mid-30s. Would consider a grad student.

I’m a female in my late 20s, working as a full time professional graphic designer. I work on a hybrid schedule, so I’m working from home M/W/F and in the office T/TH (with flexibility). I’m an INFJ, Enneagram 1w2, and like to keep my living space clean. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, yoga, reading, road trips, and anything creative. I have a very sweet, very neurotic miniature Australian Shepherd named Kirk. I’m super allergic to cats, so unfortunately I can’t have a roommate with one.

The tenants in the other half of the duplex didn’t renew their lease, so I can’t speak to the neighbors, yet.
