-House is located 15 mins from Ontario airport, 8 minutes from Norco college and Costco, 30 minutes from Chaffey College, 25 minutes from Cal Poly Pomona. 5 minutes from the Amazon warehouse. -Landscape maintained by a gardener -Furnished living room and dining room -WiFi Internet included -Central Air Conditioning/Heat -Full house privileges (kitchen, backyard, common areas)

1. Private Room is for 1 person only. Occasional friends and guests are always welcome.

2. All utilities including water, trash, electricity, and wifi are split evenly among roommates. The property provider pays for gas, gardener, and HOA fees.

3. Convenient location to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping malls and freeways 60/15/91.

4. Quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood.

5. No drugs, no smoking, NO Pets- please.

6. Additional amenities include full access to on site: Swimming pool, spa, playground and 24 hr security.

$1200per month+ $1200 security deposit to move in. $2400 total. Deposit refundable upon move out.

Please provide W-2s, Last 3 pay stubs, credit score and last two months’ bank statements.
