Hello Everyone, I’m renting out a room in my house in Eastvale. The bedroom has a walk in closet and outside the hallway will be your own bathroom.

• Month to month.
• Washer and dryer included.
• Street parking.
• Utilities are all pay for, with internet access.
• You are able to use kitchen just please clean after you finish cooking and eating thank you.
• Park right behind the house.
• No smoking, vaping, drugs or weed.
• No pets.

I’m a single mom, I live with my daughter. I work in the morning and my daughter goes to school during the day. We would like to have some roomies thats organized and can treat my home with respect.
