I am looking for a housemate to replace my housemate who is moving out august 5th, the room is private with private bathroom, the apartment complex has

rent is 1800/ month pus utilities which comes to about 2000 per month, this includes internet, water, heat/ cooling and electricity. apartment is 10 min from airport, 5 minutes from Santa Clara university, and close to gyms, and restaurants about 5 minutes away.

medical professional, not smoke, home in evenings mostly and clean. the apartment is spacious, I am a medical professional and am not home much expect for when I work form home or study.
