Bennie's room

house is usually cleaner than pictured. I wanted to make the ad quickly:) 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with back yard and driveway. Everything is furnished except for the room for rent. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room. We have washer and dryer, it isn’t the best but works in smaller loads. The room has stuff in it but will be empty at time of arrival, and room has a closet.

Two roommates. One is a female named Bennie who works full time, 23 years old. She works at KindCare of Colorado and likes to keep the house relatively clean. Cam, male, 21, works part time and goes to CSU full time. Cam likes to cook and play the guitar, and makes delicious family dinners. We also have 3 kitties; Charlie, Wallace & Kiki. They’re all fantastic and fluffy and lovely.
