About the room
Hi! I am moving out of NC and I’m trying to help my roommate find a replacement! Below are some photos (a little dated, there’s now hard wood floors downstairs). It’s a 2Bd 3 Bath townhome. The living room and dining room is furnished! I can add more photos. The lease is up end of Jan 2023 with option to renew. The place is located right across the street from Blakeney Shopping Center (walking distance) Rent is $800 (wifi included), energy and water is split.
