Sarah's room

I am planning on getting an apartment closer to Portland in November and I need someone to move into my current 2 bedroom apartment in happy valley, it would be a month to month lease and you would get the master bedroom that has a connected bathroom starting September 1st. The rent would be $1435 between the two of us plus utilities that vary every month.

I am a laid back artist with a very spritely 2 year old cat named Endora. I work full time and am usually chilling in the living room after I get off work. I’m pretty introverted but I do like to hang out with my roommate.
