Uriel's room

Located in Coral Gables. 5 mins from miracle mile, 15 mins from Brickell. This is the perfect centralized spot to anywhere in Miami. The room has its own AC unit in the back of the house and was an add-on in the past. It has its own side door not attached to the room itself that leads to the backyard. The house has hurricane proof windows, newly remodeled, and has its own bathroom and shower. Plenty of space with 3 windows surrounding the room. The rest of the house is accessible to you, but the food is not communal. Utilities are not included in the rent.

We are two males in our 30s and we are losing our third roommate who lived here with us for 3 years. We both work in HR for our respective companies. We need someone who is independent and can carry their weight around the house such as cleaning when it is their turn, maintaining the house overall, keeping the living space clean and most of their belongings in their room. We mainly keep to ourselves in our room and we like to go out a lot but we don’t bring the party home nor do we host parties. We don’t do drugs, just alcohol (social drinkers). Don’t smoke. We’re mainly gamers at home, play in recreational kickball leagues, but also extremely clean.

We do have a third a roommate, a puppy named Hex. He is a Cane Corso only 4 months old. No more cats and dogs due to allergies.
