This is a shared 2 bed / 1 bath with a professional gay man in his early thirties (I am not a scene guy but if you are that is fine). I am from California (been in the city over 10 years) and fairly laid back, Before covid I often grabbed a beer at the Irish bar downstairs after my swim practice or with friends out in HK or UWS. I didn’t have parties, but I will have friends over for dinner and then go out or watch a movie (or Star Trek).

Ideally, you are in your late 20s or older. Although I am laid back I like the place to be kept clean (at least the common areas / there is a dishwasher). With the bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment, there is privacy in the bedrooms.

I would like someone who is planning on staying a year, but if something comes up 45 days notice is all I ask for and to move out on the 1st of the month. It is a 4 flight walk-up, but you get used to it and I like it because of the great light. Utilities are usually just under $100 a month each (at peak summer with ACs on gets up to about $110). First and security.
