$750 upfront to move in available basement Room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Home. Located downstairs from the main floor. There’s a fenced-in backyard! We have Grill outs & campfires in the summertime. I have a Puppy 🐶, he’s a basset hound mixed with a beagle. I keep my house clean, I won’t live in a messy house! The living room is reserved for movie nights and occasional Netflix Binges. I protect my Home with blink security, so you can rest assured our home will always be protected and secure! There’s a 1 car garage, a 2 car driveway and on street parking available. We’re Located in a nice suburban area of Delhi-Township. Our neighbors are nice, quiet and quick to have our backs if anything goes south. For convenience sake There’s a Kroger down the road from us along with plenty of fast food stores and hardware stores. Walmart is about 7 minutes away. Located only 9 minutes off the US 50 West River Road exit and only 24 to 30 minutes away from Hebron or Florence.
