Very Private Furnished Room/Floor for rent in modern Sloans Lake row house just one block from Sloans Lake park: $1400/month including utilities (brand new upgraded AC, heating, water, cable, internet). Minimum 3 month lease per HOA rules; I prefer to start with a 6 month lease.

You will usually have the entire floor to yourself (one bedroom, one sitting/bedroom with sofa bed and full bath). I reserve the ability to use the sitting room/bedroom for friends who are visiting, but this will not happen very often and you are otherwise welcome to use it as an office or sitting room.

Bedroom has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, lots of closet space (you can have room in the other bedroom closet on the third floor and space in the pantry in the kitchen as well), TV with cable.

Access to/use of roof with hot tub, outdoor sofa, fire table and grill, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal, living area and home gym with cable machine and squat rack.

Gorgeous mountain, lake and city views. 1 block from beautiful Sloans Lake park, 10 minute drive to downtown, 1 mile from the Broncos Stadium, close to lots of other great neighborhoods including Highlands, LOHI, Tennyson, shopping and restaurants. King Soopers, Target and lots of other shops about 1 mile away. Bus stop on the next block. Street parking is always available right out front or within a block or two.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth - I’m a 52 year old woman, originally from NY, but I’ve lived in several other cities, including London, Miami and here in Denver since 2015. I am a finance lawyer and my job can be stressful but I believe in a balanced lifestyle and for fun I enjoy working out, horseback riding, DIY, gardening, reading, going out with friends and partying, quiet nights in, and cooking as well as lots of other activities. My personality is very straightforward - typical New Yorker! I am generally quiet in my house (except when I’m having the occasional party or getting ready to go out partying) and I am very clean and neat. I like to let loose a bit when I go out but I am always responsible. During the week I’m typically up by 6am to get to the gym and walk the dogs and in bed relatively early; I often go out on weekend evenings and once in a while during the week. I cook most of my meals so use the kitchen a few times each day. I work from home but the house is large and we won’t be in each others’ way. 420 friendly - vaping inside is ok, but not smoking. My last roommate lived with me for 3 years and only moved out because he got married and bought a house. He also worked from home and it worked out great. I have 2 German shepherds so I can’t have any more pets in the house. They are friendly and do not make a lot of noise. I generally have a maid service once a week for the first two floors of the house. You can pay for cleaning of the third floor (I believe they only charge an extra $30 or so) or keep it clean yourself. I’ll be respectful of your space and privacy and expect that you will be of mine (and of my home!)
