One bedroom (the master bedroom, attached bathroom & large walk in closet) for rent in a 1200 sq. ft., 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in a beautiful West Greeley community! Within one mile of grocery store, hospitals, library, schools, walking paths, and restaurants. Off-street parking.

Shared areas: large kitchen, laundry, covered patio and partially furnished living room/dining room. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
