About the room
Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my Lease for my 1 bed/ 1 bath apartment. It is at the beautiful Allure Apartments (the brand new luxury ones across from Kaiser Hospital on Dale Road) My lease is up March, 2023 but you will be locked in at the lower rate of $1,995 a month if you wanted to renew the lease. The price has also gone up on my unit and is currently going for over $100+ on the same units on Allure’s website.
To qualify to takeover my lease, you have to make 2 1/2 times the monthly lease amount and pass their background check.
