About the room
My apartment is 2 bedrooms, we both would share the bathroom. It is small but cozy, all my neighbors have pets so it doesn’t bother me. Huge backyard space and plenty of street parking available. Everything is included with $600 rent and if you have a pet that is fine, no deposit required.
About the roomies
I will be the only one living in the home with you. I’m a nurse aid so I sometimes work 16 hour shifts and two jobs, so plenty of time to yourself. If I’m home I’m usually watching TV or in my room on the phone. Looking for someone laid back but responsible to stay here with me.
