Good morning everyone. I’m looking for one or two new female, vaccinated, and non-smoking roommate(s) to share my Beverly apartment, which is available July 15th or August 1st. I’m a welcoming 27 year old woman who recently graduated from Gordon College. You would share the apartment with myself and my small, quiet, mellow dog 🙂. The apartment is spacious (1000+ sq. ft.) and sunny. It is a 2nd floor front unit with a private entrance. It has two good size bedrooms, one bath (tub/shower), a kitchen (with a new dishwasher), a living room and a bonus space of a finished loft that could be used as an office or a bedroom. The washer/dryer/storage are in the basement. There’s a patio style backyard. One off street parking spot included. More photos available on request! Walking distance to Beverly Depot train station (0.2 mi), just steps to Rantoul Street’s shops and restaurants. The current lease runs through December, with the option to renew at that time. Your expenses would be $1025/month (half the month’s rent) plus half of utilities. If the rent was split between three of us instead of two, the rent would be $700 per month.
