-Large kitchen equipped with all appliances (air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, multiple crockpots, Instant Pot, Keurig)

-All split utilities. Budget about $200-250 per person depending on the time of year. Electric has increased across the board unfortunately with RI Energy being a monopoly.

-No pets unfortunately. I have 2 Guinea pigs who live in the breezeway and 1 very friendly cat

-12 month lease minimum with security deposit; might be open to a shorter lease for the right person.
