Magalie's room

The home is located in North Ft. Myers, Florida 11 minutes from historic downtown Ft. Myers, and approximately 30 minutes from the beach. It is a 55 and over community so through no fault of mine, there is an age restriction. The community has many amenities ranging from club house, swimming pools to fitness centers. It is a gated community that is well kept. Stores are approximately 3 miles away. The home has on site parking as well on site washer/dryer. The room is furnished with private bath, private entrance, walk in closet, and a kitchenette.

My main residency is up North so I will spend most of my time up North. That means I will be a part-time roomy. I also work up North in a hospital specifically in the mental health field. I do have a little dog that goes with me almost everywhere whenever i travel. I was in the military for 6 years and hold a bachelor’s degree as well as a master’s degree. I like when things are clean, try to avoid drama, and am hardworking. I do not take drugs, and I do not smoke. I expect the same from a roommate. No couples, no extended family nor extended friends as I am looking for a roommate not roommates. No criminal background. No bad credit score. The rent will be month to month.
