Moorhead Avenue

Hi! I am looking to sublet my room starting on August 2022 for 12 months. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on Moorhead Ave, and is a quick 2 min drive/ min walk to CU’s campus. It is also less than a minute walk away from an RTD bus stop on Moorhead, and a 5 minute walk from another one on Broadway. The room is 91 sq ft. The rent is $842/month. The house has a washer/dryer, full kitchen, 2 furnished living areas, a large back and front yard, a private front patio, and 2 sheds for storage in the backyard. It has a covered driveway, and there is always free parking available on the street, too.

The other three people you would be living with are men, and are all seniors at CU. They are very friendly guys. They like skiing, hiking, playing videogames, sports, partying/going out, playing pong/die/cornhole, and working out.
