Its a beautiful 3 bedroom new house in Round Rock. It’s in a new community (built in 2022). We are looking to rent out one furnished room, bathroom is shared if we have guests over but if not you will have the entire bathroom to yourself. We are looking for female tenants only. It is one of the very peaceful and safest community in Round Rock. *No Extra/Overnight guest(s)/visitors in regular basis. Occasional visitors are fine.

Roomies have access to kitchen , dining, patio, laundry room and all other facilities that we have. **Highly encouraged to clean kitchen after using it. ** A BIG NO TO SMOKING **BACKGROUND CHECKS REQUIRED

All bills are included in monthly fee: $850/month, internet , water, gas, electricity, security in premises. We have very peaceful backyard with covered patio and outdoor lights. You can enjoy the peaceful night view from the patio. HIGHLIGHTS: 5 Minutes drive from highway i-35, can easily avoid service road traffic in peak hours. 5-7 minutes drive to HEB, Outlet Mall, Target, Austin Community College, Texas State University , Old Settlers Park and Kalahari Resorts

I am 25+ female and going college for Computer Science. Me and my husband are living in this house right now, both of us are very outgoing, Tennis, Hiking, Kayaking, running, camping. We are in our mid 20’s. We are looking for someone who can live with us like a family, and respect other’s privacy and entertain peaceful environment. We have a toy 1yrs old toy puddle (pappu) with us, he is very friendly.
