Two-story, two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom townhouse in San Marcos Around a 10 minute drive from Cal State San Marcos and Palomar College Mainly family living in the neighborhood but it is still an easy going environment.

I am currently attending Palomar studying business and plan to transfer to Cal State San Marcos next year. My hobbies are surfing, mountain biking, cars, and going to the gym. I would like to find another roommate that is a student. I’m pretty laid back just care about the common spaces being clean.
