$500 plus 50% of Water and Electricity cost (shared). The water and electricity are only utilities required to pay, I will pay the other 50%.

Requirements: -If college student: Must be an undergraduate senior or graduate student and employed. And must be able to provide proof of enrollment and employment. -If not a college student, must be able to provide proof of employment. -Cleanliness, responsible, respectable are a must.

About room/house/area: House: The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to downtown and near the Ghent area. Retail stores, grocery stores, and gyms are near-by. The common areas include kitchen, laundry room (open to use washing machine and dryer) and living room. Utilities are included in rent payment (must be considerate of usage). The utilities include water, electricity, and internet. Room: The room is spacious with closet of great size. Restroom across room is available to tenant.
