Looking for one roommate to share my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with a lake view. $886 mo. Utilities run approximately $125/mo each. Utilities include water, very high speed internet, electric & trash. Available starting Aug 15th or the end of Aug at the latest.

Room has it’s own bathroom and has a walk-in closet. Washer/dryer in unit. Community amenities are clubhouse, pool, gym, business center, car wash, small watercraft, trailer & rv storage, 5 mile lake trail and lake access. There’s plenty of off street parking.

I’m open to 1 mature male or female roommate, no couples. I’m a female professional in Real Estate. I luv to kayak, bike, live music and dining out. I have 2 small dogs that are well behaved and quiet and get along with cats.
