The $850 monthly rent includes utilities. The deposit is $1150. One-year lease. Sorry, no multiple occupancy, pets, overnight guests or smokers.

This modern Colonial Manor/Tahoe Park home was built in 2022. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms (each bathroom shared with only one roommate) and an open-concept kitchen and living room. A free shared washer and dryer are located in the common space.

The home has at&t internet and mounted TVs in the living room and all bedrooms (43“ 4k Smart Fire TV). It features 10.5-foot ceilings, a dishwasher, walk-in 3 ft x 5 ft showers with quartz surrounds and detachable shower heads, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and dimmable lights. Bedrooms are 10’ by 16’, each with their own remote controlled mini-split AC/Heater and keyed entry for privacy. Each room also has a dual rod closet with additional platform storage above the closet.

The house is located on a spacious ¾ acre lot behind the owner’s house, separated by a fence. There is a decomposed granite driveway from the street and space for parking adjacent to the house.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It’s easily accessible to all freeways and is only a short drive or bike ride to the lively neighborhoods Midtown and East Sacramento, where you’ll find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and music venues. Target, Starbucks and grocery stores are right up the street.

Prospective renters are subject to credit checks through Experian for a $15 fee, paid directly to Experian. The rental price includes WIFI and all utilities.

One person is allowed per room. Everyone gets along and maintains a standard of cleanliness, and we will not allow renters to stay who take away from the tranquility of the house. Sorry, no pets, no overnight guests and no smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside. Desired renters are relaxed, easygoing, reserved and tidy working professionals or students. (Introverts are welcome.)
