Room has a temporary renter until end of year. Message for pics.** house actually a duplex not townhouse. Good sized room with ensuite bath and a full wall of closet/storage. Quiet but friendly neighborhood. Only a couple blocks from Canal St. 5 minutes from 44 or Flagler Ave. Recently purchased home- so renovation projects are happening regularly. I have 2 dogs- part time only. Not yappy. Not accepting other pets Looking for… probably a male, low maintenance- no drama, not too young, steady employment, clean without being over the top. House not geared towards kids. No couples. No pets. No indoor smokers. Yes to shared kitchen stuff, and yes to laundry on site. (What did I leave out? )

I’m a 40+ female who is building the next space… the kids are grown and its finally time to do my own thing. Work full time, mostly evenings. There is a lot of DIY here- so tools and dust happen. I can be pretty chatty in the first week, but it wears off quick. Have questions? Ask away…
