I own a three-bedroom, two-bath home near Pace, FL, in Milton. It is off Hwy 90 and minutes to Interstate 10. Very close to shopping, military bases, hospitals, colleges, and Pensacola.
You will have a private, furnished room with a private bathroom. All bills included such as garbage, water, electricity, and internet. The room has a tv, a bed, two dressers, a nightstand, a chair, and a closet. A digital locking doorknob secures your private room. The front door to the home also has a Ring video doorbell and combination lock.
You may possibly be sharing the house with other short-term and/or long-term renters. Everyone has their own private room and follows 24-hour quiet hours. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are communal, so please be respectful and courteous. If you are asked to leave, you will not receive your security deposit back. No alcohol, no smoking, and no drugs allowed.
